Shipping + Returns
Shipping:
Since each item is handmade, please allow up to 3 to 6 of our business days for your order to ship, regardless of the shipping method you choose during checkout. Please add 1 business day for custom orders. Our business day ends at 3PM Eastern, Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after that time roll into the next business day. (Orders placed Thursday, 3PM through Sunday count as being placed on Monday.) If there is incliment weather, such as snow or a hurricaine, our office will not be open and it will not count as a business day. Please check below for a list of days and Holidays that do not count as business days.
Any orders canceled after 24 hours from the date of order will incur a 20% fee, as we have already begun working on your purchase and ordered supplies for it. We do not "stock" ready made bracelets. They are all handmade.
Shipping via First Class mail within the US typically takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive. While we offer Priority Mail shipping, we do not guarantee USPS delivery time, as that is beyond our realm of control. We are not responsible for any delays in transit once the package leaves our studio.
Delivery outside of the US can take up to 45 days from date of shipping via first class mail. We can not guarantee delivery time for international orders. We are not responsible for any duties or tariffs that your country may charge upon delivery. We are also not responsible for missing packages that have been scanned by the postal service as delivered. Should a package be returned by the courier due to an address error, inability to deliver for any reason, or failure to claim package, shipping fees are not refunded. There is also a restocking fee for the pieces returned back to us. We are happy to reship, but the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:
Since each item is made to order, all returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Returns of custom designs and custom sized pieces will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Although first class shipping may be free at the time of purchase, returns will have the cost of shipping deducted as well. All return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your package. If you need to make a return, please contact us for a RA number. Any returns sent without a RA# will be marked "Return to Sender" or are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued. We do not issue return labels.
If you are requesting to exchange one bracelet for another, there is a $4 labor fee as each bracelet is made to order.
Any claims for damages must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Please email any issues to evervitality6@gmail.com. Please do not throw out or dispose of anything before reaching out to us, including the stringing material.
Please remember that natural gemstones have imperfections and inclusions, so each bracelet and crystal are unique. We feel this adds to the beauty of the bracelet.
In the rare event you receive a defective item, we will replace it for you as per the information provided in this complete paragraph:
If you choose to be refunded, we will not return shipping fees. Should your bracelet break, we will happily repair it for you (we only repair, we do not replace). Please contact us for return instructions. If there are stones that are missing, we will contact you regarding any additional charges. If the bracelet is outside of being received 21 days prior; shows signs of having been too small or degraded because of water/chemicals, it is deemed out of warranty. If you have disposed of the bracelet, we are not able to refund, repair or replace. Defects are classified as cracked stones, or failures at the closure or knot. Any metal trimming or charms are of plated metal zinc alloy unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for any tarnishing or fading, as that can occur from lotions, water, cleaners, perfumes and skin PH levels and this is not considered a defect. Please keep all of the materials from any broken bracelet, including the elastic. Without this, we can not assist you.
Custom Designs, Sizing and Sizing Requests:
We recommend that a bracelet be at least 3/4 larger than the size of your wrist. Bracelets made smaller than that are likely to break due to "stress". Any problems that arise because of this, we are happy to repair and resize it for you, however we must charge for the repair, resizing and return postage. Please note that when requesting a special size, we can not guarantee exact length. All sizes come within 1/8" of requested size due to variations in stones and designs.
